If one guardian/parent has access and wants to add another adult to be able to manage the account, the parent with access can update using the ‘Group Membership’ record from their profile. Detailed instructions below.

Select your profile (top left)

Select Group membership

Click the + symbol next to guardians

The person added now needs to log into spond using either the same email address or the same phone number
