I have just sourced the majority of our allocation from the RFU for the following games (all 15:00 KO):
England v South Africa on Sat 3rdNovember
England v New Zealand on Sat 10thNovember
England v Japan on Sat 17th November
England v Australia on Sat 24th November
Please note that our total allocation, as a club, is minimal so demand will be very high. If you can source tickets elsewhere I would continue to explore these avenues as well. The situation would improve if fully paid up club members apply for just 1 ticket each as I am sure most attend with fellow club colleagues anyway.
Ticket prices are as follows:
South Africa & Australia – £105, £90, £72 and £50
New Zealand – £115, £95 and £70
Japan – £48, £42, £32 and £25
There are junior tickets available (15 years and under) for the Japan game at £15 if bought with the £42/32/25 adult tickets – i believe we should be able to obtain high numbers of both adult and junior tickets for this game.
The tickets allocated will be on a first come first served basis from 00:01 on 2nd June at my email address: Montgos.89a@hotmail.com – please annotate your requirements on first/second choice of game, number of tickets, price of ticket (if available). I don’t envisage anyone obtaining more than a total of 2 tickets.
Notification of ticket allocation, or not as the case may be, will be sent out by return email and a request for payment (+£5 admin charge per ticket) if applicable, after confirming membership status. An online payment is preferred but can also be made by cheque (details to follow within mail return) – no tickets will be released without funds having been cleared and membership confirmation. Please note there will be a reserve list for each game should any member not require their allocation (for whatever reason) and the ticket passed back into the club – we have an obligation to the RFU to be able to name the club member for each and every one of our tickets and if any ticket is found to be placed on the outside market and traced to TWRFC we could well lose our future allocation as a club for a number of years.
I will also attempt to increase our allocation later down the line as some clubs do not utilise their allowance and return back to the RFU.
